Story Street Mobile Pantry has had to make the difficult decision to reduce our mobile pantry services from eleven locations down to just two per month. This change comes as a result of severe funding cuts, a sharp decline in food supply, and a decrease in donations—all while community need continues to rapidly rise. These challenges have made it impossible to sustain our previous level of service. We understand the impact this will have on the community, and we are committed to exploring all possible avenues of restoring full operations as soon as possible.
We continue to serve the community through our remaining mobile locations at Carter Lake Community Presbyterian Church (1st Saturday of each month from 10am-noon) and New Visions Homeless Services (3rd Thursday of each month from 1-3pm) as well as by connecting individuals with other local food resources.
Supporters can help ensure these vital services continue by contributing food during our food drives or monetary donations at storystreetpantry.org/donate.
